At VOXLAB, authenticity is of utmost importance to us. We constantly seek fresh approaches and new perspectives, particularly when designing for public environments in the heart of Subiaco. Our goal is to create transformative experiences for the average person and elicit meaningful viewer responses.

The rich history of the site, particularly as the Zimpels factory, has inspired us to create additional functional sculptural forms/bike racks. We found that arranging these forms in a manner reminiscent of a catalogue display had a profound impact. To achieve a perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality, we have positioned the forms at a 45-degree angle. Constructed with thick steel, the bike rack forms possess a strong sculptural presence, making them art pieces to be admired even when not in use.
